Form — the temporary structure that shapes the concrete 

Formwork is the temporary structure that holds wet concrete in position until it can carry itself: falsework and props, deck and table forms, wall and column forms, jumpform on cores, edge protection, then stripping and backpropping.

Pour — the coordinated concrete placement stage

Why coordination between the three stages matters
