The Nine by Mirvac development is one of Sydney’s high-profile projects. The name of the development derives itself from previously being the home of the Channel 9 network in Willoughby.
Given that it is no longer the home of the Channel 9 Network, it is being transformed into one of Sydney’s most innovative and unparalleled communities.
Formwork On The Project – Basement – Complete
Our team were given the honour of providing the formwork on this magnificent project by Mirvac. Given our previous experience providing the formwork for some of NSW and ACT’s largest projects, our team were ready and well equipped to handle the tasks at hand.
The community will feature 442 apartments across 10 buildings and progress continues to be made since its commencement in November 2020.
Given all of the unprecedented hurdles that Covid-19 brought with it, our team were able to band together and ensure that the lower levels of the basement were formed and poured. For this project, as with all projects, it is crucial and imperative that we stick to deadlines which our team were able to achieve.
Formwork On The Project – Residential Slabs – In Progress
With the formwork being completed on the lower levels, work has commenced on providing the formwork for the residential slabs. The entire site is 3.2 hectares with the tallest building being only 9 storeys high.
Our team have their sights set on completing the formwork needed for this stage and will ensure that they band together to see its timely completion.

Mirvac has envisioned a place of profound beauty where people and community matter, the landscape and nature are emphasised as well as making sure every moment in the community is special. To be the formwork provider on this project excites us and inspires us each day.
The interiors of all 442 apartments will boast sophisticated and luxurious designs. The apartments will include many bespoke features that add a personal, rich and warm feeling to the dwellings.
The landscaping has been designed to weave the local surrounding’s greenery into the community. There will be multiple intimate and open spaces for locals to enjoy.
Nine by Mirvac will feature multiple parks for play and relaxation with vast green space as well as barbecues for outdoor dining.
